FarmFreshly aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day, and standard delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on your location. We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹49, and offer free delivery for orders above ₹499. Shipping charges for other regions or special items will be clearly shown at checkout before you make payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also log in to your FarmFreshly account and check the “My Orders” section to view the real-time status of your delivery. If you need help tracking your order, you can contact customer support with your order number.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with your order number and a clear photo of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
FarmFreshly offers convenient and secure payment options. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI payments such as Google Pay and PhonePe, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) wherever applicable. COD may include a small extra fee of ₹40, and availability depends on your location. All online payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact our support team with your order number to request cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return procedure. In case of a prepaid order, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after successful cancellation.
